Guild Hall: Small Touches Big Difference
These are ideas I came up with while hanging out in my Guild Hall with the mates:
1. Ability to buy different songs to play in the hall.
This is somthing that not a lot of people think about but it can make a big difference. Its a big step in personalizing your guild in my opinion. Let us choose a few songs from around the world and keep adding more later.
*Edit* Posted this a few posts down but I want to get this up here for anyone who might miss it:

2. Ability to buy different sky textures to appear above the guild.
This is somthing a few other people that I've talked to have thought about too. I've always loved my guild but wanted to change the sky to add a dramatic effect. And they have made some amazing sky textures for this game.
3. Last I think it would be nice to be able to buy shrines of every god for our guild.
They wouldn't act any differently then the ones in places like ToA and the Chantry. If anyone can think of a reason why this would be imbalanced please tell me. You would have access to FoW and the Underworld without neeeding to travel to the Chantry or ToA but thats only sort of an issue for players who haven't been there already but you can already run yourself to ToA from LA at very low levels so I don't see how it would really make a difference.
Please /sign on the numbers you like or /sign all if you like all the ideas. /notsigned if you don't like any of the ideas.
I don't know how easy or hard it would be to implement these ideas into the game but I thought it would be good to alteast let Anet hear the idea.
Let me know.

/sign 2 & 3, but I could see 1 being a problem, simply because of music licenses and copyright.

Examples would be your guild normally plays the Ascalon music so you pay the Conductor to play the Kamadan music.

Most likely, yeah, but I would definetly pay for it and I'm sure others would as well.

I was about to say - be able to choose out of every song? I could imagine my guild waiting to GvG and having "Hotel California" playing on a loop!! lol
I like number 3 the most. So i'll sign that. I don't really see the point but hey what the hell lol

I'm not sure how dynamic the GW engine can be, but if it is capable of these things, there you go.

/signed for all, if implementing something like this is possible and isn't too difficult.
Songs in the hall would be great. It would really cheer up any guild parties and get-togethers.

/signed if its possible
Also, if the statues cost more than 100k, why not have it possible to give money to the npc in increments?
For smaller guilds it means they could slowly build up towards getting something and see progress at the npc(without simply pooling the money). That way if the statues are 100k+, my gl gives xk and I give xk, and someone else gives xk, and we get a statue.
But that's just my two cents

Those seem like fun suggestions, although I could see some of the guild layouts running out of space with all those extra NPCs. I think instead of shrines, you'd have to just have the avatars hang out, and just brush you off if the region doesn't have favor.
Since we're talking about extra NPCs for the guild hall, what I'd really like to see would be a guild Xunlai agent. Give him two or three times the storage of a standard Xunlai, and let the Guild Lord set access permissions (could allow any player read/write, so alliance members could access it). I hear that this had been tried once early on (not sure if that's apocryphal), but I think with permissions it could be pretty useful.

Lyssa I believe:
http://www.guildwars.com/theworld/ca...dsincantha.php
Lyssa: In Cantha, Lyssa is not only the goddess of beauty and illusion, but also represents the incarnation of luck, both good and bad. Many Canthan Assassins revere Lyssa more for her intrinsic duality than her famous beauty, and have been known to invoke her charms. Depictions of Lyssa in Canthan culture reflect the typical northern style: lithe twin figures of exquisite beauty entwined in an eternal dance.

it would also be nice to be able to add other decorations to the hall such as drapes showing off ur guild emblem etc.
